DETROIT (WJBK) -- A robbery at a Detroit home was caught on camera.  On January 5 at 2:18 p.m., a window was broken in the front of the house.  Two men entered.  One of them then unhooked and carried away a TV.

"I worked so hard for it, somebody to come from nowhere," said the homeowner, who asked not to be identified.  "Every time they break in, they take something out of my house.  It's my life.  I don't know what next they're going to do."

The homeowner said this is the fourth time his house has been broken into and the second TV to go missing.

A few years ago, one of the suspects was caught and charged, but the homeowner said the case was halted when the suspect didn't show up to court.

He bought the surveillance camera thinking it would help police catch these guys, but said police won't call him back.

"No police have come yet.  They didn't call me to come see the video."

The homeowner said he has been robbed for the last time.  If police won't protect him, leaving the city is the only way he can protect himself.

"I'm just so sick and tired of, I mean, people coming in my house and breaking into my house.  I mean, it's really life threatening."
