CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Two people are accused of making a bogus 911 call to try to get out of a traffic ticket.

Portage police say Brittany Turner was stopped for pulling her car too far into traffic, but during the stop, they got a call of a man with an AK-47 trying to break into an apartment building.

Police say Gerald Hollowell made the hoax call to help Turner avoid the ticket.

Hollowell and Turner were both arrested.
