Endurance Dolls give kids battling cancer a source of comfort

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

NBA player Bobby Simmons and the Joi Doll Company handed out some very unique dolls to children battling cancer at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital Tuesday morning.

Joi's Endurance Doll is a hairless doll, created to help kids cope with the loss of their hair when it comes to cancer treatments.

The Endurance Doll also talks, giving kids words of encouragement when they need it.
