Police in Robbinsville are searching for the vehicle involved in a deadly hit-and-run Sunday night.
Police say a 40-year-old man was struck just before 6 p.m. in the area of 99 Robbsinville-Allentown Road.
Investigators have identified the victim as William Paskewicz of Hamilton, New Jersey. Paskewicz was dead by the time emergency responders arrived on scene, police said.
Police believe Paskewicz was walking east on Robbinsville-Allentown Road when he was struck by a vehicle that was also traveling eastbound.
Investigators describe the vehicle as being dark metallic blue in color with damage to its front passenger side. It's also believed the vehicle's passenger side headlight and side view mirror were also damaged.
Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or saw the vehicle with this type of damage is asked to call the Robbinsville Police Department at 609-259-3900.
