The family of a 5-year-old boy forced to scrap their idyllic summer vacation after he was diagnosed with cancer, is saying “thanks, but no thanks” to a chance to re-book the trip after a cruise line had a change of heart. Citing the company’s cancellation policy, the parents of Nicolas Colucci said Norwegian Cruise Line had refused to accommodate them after they were forced to change plans for the June 1 $4,000 family-friendly cruise following their son’s cancer diagnosis on May 19. VIENNA (AP) -- Police say a herd of cows attacked and killed a German woman hiking through their fenced-in pasture after apparently being riled by the sight of her leashed dog. There was an unusual sight in Pennsylvania this weekend as an 88-year-old man had it his way one last time at his funeral.

The family took the man's funeral procession through a Burger King drive-thru where they said the man ate daily.

They picked up forty Whoppers - and even buried him with one.

His relatives say he lived by his own rules and ignored warnings to adopt a healthier diet.

His daughter says his version of eating healthy was having lettuce on his Whopper Junior.
