SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -
More and more metro Detroiters are taking the pledge for a healthier tomorrow.
Wednesday, employees of businesses like Compuware, Quicken Loans, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan joined the statewide effort to reduce Detroit's obesity rate.
The program, called MI Healthier Tomorrow, asks residents to pledge to lose ten percent of their body weight to improve their health.
