Underground Cable Fire Causes Evacuations

PHILADELPHIA -

Residents of a Queen Village apartment building have been given the OK to go back inside.

The building at Fifth and Passyunk was evacuated after an underground cable caught fire, sending smoke into the building.

The building is still without power, but PECO is on the scene trying to fix the cable.
