PHILADELPHIA -
Two February tour dates in Philadelphia for Lady Gaga's "Born This Way Ball" concert were canceled Wednesday after the singer announced she had suffered a tear in her right hip.
The two dates, February 19 and 20 at the Wells Fargo, were canceled as was the rest of the tour.
"After additional tests this morning to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady Gaga has a labral tear of the right hip," a statement issued by Comcast-Spectacor read.
"She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This unfortunately will force her to cancel the tour so she can heal."
Comcast-Spectacor says refunds for the canceled performances will be available at the point of purchase beginning Thursday.

Still feels like summer out there. Highs in the mid 80s today. Just like summer, it'll be humid, with a chance of a few spotty showers late in the day.
Tomorrow, strong thunderstorms move through, from the same cold front that caused the midwest tornadoes. That front will also usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
