Andrew Monroe of protecting drug dealers for cash. Forest Park Police Chief Dwayne Hobbs tells FOX 5 he is concerned about the impact the case will have on his department.
Chief Hobbs leads a force that has been shaken by the corruption charges. As a 40-year veteran of the force, he hopes its record of stable leadership and the department's work in the investigation of its own officers will help its morale and reputation now.
