Live Blog: Kwame Kilpatrick Trial Jury Watch Day 3

Updated:
DETROIT -

The jury should be wrapping up for the day any minute and still no notes.  Yesterday they sent a note out to Judge Edmunds right near the end of the day.  Right now, Judge Edmunds' court room is open and she's holding a hearing on another case.

12:47

Still no notes from the Jury.  So far the only communication they've had with the Judge Edmunds was to tell her they will be deliberating until 2:30 this afternoon.  No word on why they're knocking off early today.  And we may not get word either.  The only communication they are supposed to have with the outside world while they are in the jury room is by notes passed to the Judge.

10:00

Good morning from the Theodore J. Levin Federal Court House in Downtown Detroit.  Another quiet morning with no further questions from the jury... so far.
