Weekend subway service changes

NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Temporary service changes to 16 subway lines will be in place this weekend beginning Friday at 11:30 p.m. and running through Monday at 5 a.m., said the MTA.

The following lines will be affected: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, A, E, F, G, J, Q, R and S.

Work on the 96th Street subway station and the Harlem River tunnel will impact the no. 2 and 3 trains.

The disruptions are part of the agency's Fastrack program to speed along construction and subway maintenance projects.
