BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. -

A couple with legal medical marijuana cards were arrested for having bake sale cooked with marijuana oils.

Police say 45-year-old Todd Timothy Leavitt and his girlfriend, 36-year-old Erin Marie McHarg, were arrested on Thursday.

Detectives went to their home and found them allegedly selling marijuana, drug paraphernalia and baked goods like brownies, muffins, cookies and lollipops laced with pot.

Police say the pair had set up a counter and had a business hours sign, menu and prices.

The couple had legal medical marijuana cards but were each only allowed to have 2.5 ounces of marijuana.
