CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJBK) -

Three teens accused of committing an armed robbery at a Verizon store in Canton faced a judge Thursday.

A customer told Fox 2's Maurielle Lue what happened Monday morning after a worker locked the door on the robbers.

"The guy with the AK-47, he starts hammering on the glass.  That didn't work, so he takes the rifle and he fires the shot and he breaks the glass open.  They come running in and they start grabbing things," said Gerald Soubly.

Eric James-Lee Wilkins of Inkster, Antonio Jerome Porter of Inkster and Dantez Lamar Boykin-Johnson of Westland were arraigned in 35th District Court.  Charges against the 18-year-olds include armed robbery, breaking and entering, retail fraud and receiving and concealing stolen property.  They also face weapons charges.

The judge gave each of the suspects a $1 million bond.

A preliminary exam is planned for March 8.
