Former NFL star and current Fox Sports analyst Howie Long and former NFL star Michael Strahan joined other celebrities to film a PSA about bullying.
"One of the things we pointed out in the PSA today, one in every four kids is bullied in school," Long said. "That's pretty startling."
Strahan said it's a topic near to his heart because he was bullied as a kid.
"Look at the gap in my teeth -- you think this was easy to grow up with?" Stahan said. "A lot of talk about that. Even at home, with my brothers. You look at it as just part of growing up, but it shaped me and defined me."
The idea for the PSA came from an organization called Stomp Out Bullying. Elena Brown, 14, a relative of a Fox 5 employee, works as an ambassador for the organization.
"Everybody knows somebody who has been bullied and if you don't stand up, then you're not helping," Elena said. "So it's very important to stand up and say something."
Another teen ambassador, Alex Levy, said: "I personally was bullied, when I was in elementary school and it really affected me. So if we can get this message out and help more and more people, it's a really good thing."
The PSA will air on Fox Sports.
