WESTVILLE, N.J. -

A stolen front-end loader crashed into a restaurant overnight in Gloucester County.

It happened just before midnight at the Piston Diner on Chestnut Street in Westville.

Police say a man stole it from a construction site near the restaurant, then drove it right into the business.

Police say the driver then fled the scene in a silver car that was last seen going south on Route 130.

Officials say several bottles of alcohol were found in the construction truck. No one was hurt during the incident.
