Los Angeles, CA -

A private school in Calabasas has hired extra security to patrol the campus all because actor Charlie Sheen called for acts of vandalism against the school. He claims his 9-year-old daughter, Sam, was bullied there.

He had called on his legion of warlocks -- his 9-million plus Twitter followers -- to get even with the Viewpoint School that supposedly was involved.

"If you have a rotten egg, a roll of toilet paper or some dog s**t, I urge you to deliver it with 'extreme prejudice' to the campus run by trolls and charlatans. Make me proud," he said on Twitter. "And if you're feeling the 'show and tell' of it all, smear the s**t to spell one name on the front door: VICTORIA."

Sources tell TMZ that things got so bad at one point that Sam became physically ill and could not go to school.

"We're told Denise had 3 meetings at the school to complain about the bullying ... to no avail," TMZ reports. "During the third meeting last May, we're told Victoria's parents met with Denise and the parents insisted Sam was lying about the whole thing. That's when Charlie and Denise decided to pull Sam out of Viewpoint."

The School Responds

The school is out with a statement that reads in part: "We are concerned when any individual uses a social media forum to encourage actions that may risk the safety and security of any school. Our administrators addressed the issue appropriately at that time. Our school takes accusations of bullying very seriously."

School officials also sent out an email to parents "assuring them they have implemented major security measures to protect the campus and the students from a dog crap attack," TMZ reports.
