Construction of the 3-level observation deck at 1 World Trade Center appears to be moving right along.

Unlike the observatory on the twin towers which had an outdoor deck, the new observatory will be enclosed with glass.

The observation deck will occupy the tower's 100th, 101st and 102nd floors. It's projected to open in 2015.

SkyFoxHD was over the building on Wednesday where cameras gave Good Day New York viewers a bird's eye view of a worker in action, 1,300 feet in the air.

The first spire for the WTC was moved into place in January.  The completion date was expected to be in late March.
