Flight attendants picket TSA policy to allow knives on flights

Posted: Updated:
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

On Monday, flight attendants at O'Hare and across the country asked passengers to help keep knives off planes.

The TSA recently announced that small knives, such as pocket knives, would be allowed on aircraft.

Flight attendants picketed at O'Hare and handed out leaflets arguing that knives put passengers and crew members at risk.

The policy is supposed to go into effect on April 25.
