The Idaho man accused of slapping a crying toddler on an Atlanta-bound flight may face a federal judge on Tuesday.
Joe Hundley, 60, has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor assault charges. Hundley admits to calling the baby a racial slur on the Delta flight back in February, but his attorney claims he never hit the child.
A spokesperson from the U.S. Attorney's Office tells FOX 5 a pre-trail conference is expected to start at 4 p.m.
His trial is tentatively set to begin on May 13.
