For people living around Dobbins Air Reserve Base, bugle calls and announcements on the "giant voice" system are now part of daily life. But, not everyone is thrilled with the racket. The military and Cobb County officials will be measuring noise levels on Wednesday. Based on their findings, the volume could be turned down. The testing is expected to go on throughout the day. Base officials say it will still have to be loud enough for everyone on base to hear in case of an emergency.
