Flagstaff man convicted of voyeurism, exploitation

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) - A Flagstaff man accused of videotaping women undressing and sexually exploiting a minor is facing at least 190 years in prison after being convicted.

Coconino County prosecutors say David Levy Greenberg was found guilty of 23 of the 26 charges against him and the law requires consecutive prison terms.

Greenberg's sentencing is set for May 22, but the Arizona Daily Sun says Greenberg's attorney is taking the case to a federal appeals court.

Greenberg was accused of videotaping two women undressing in their bedrooms in 2009 and entering 1 of their homes.

He was indicted on other charges after Flagstaff police searched his home and reported finding child pornography and drugs.

A judge later ruled the search was improper, but a state appeals court overturned it in 2011.
