Watertown, Mass., Resident Describes Lockdown During Manhunt

A Watertown resident witnessing the chaos and SWAT search firsthand joined FOX 29 News live on the phone Friday morning.

Mark Cotton is an attorney in the Boston area. He can see the massive manhunt for the suspect right outside his window.

He said police even searched his property as they continue to seek Boston Marathon bombings suspect 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. His brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was killed by police early Friday morning.
