A semi rolled over on the transition ramp from US 60 eastbound to northbound 101 just before rush hour Wednesday. The area was completely shut down, but reopened about 6:15 p.m.
A big rig toppled onto its side while traveling on the ramp about 4 p.m. Crews towed out the undercarriage of the truck and cab, then removed the trailer from the roadway.
The truck was hauling 35,000 pounds of plastic bags.
The driver was not injured. DPS says speed may have been a factor in the rollover.
