PHILADELPHIA -

The three who police say were seen on surveillance video pointing a gun at a young girl and then at a 27-year-old man face harassment, disorderly conduct and other related charges.

According to police, a black "UKARMS" plastic BB gun was found on the 3100 block of North Broad Street that resembled the firearm seen in the surveillance video, which was released by police last week.

The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office says the three boys, who are ages 10, 13 and 14, were scheduled to appear for a detention hearing Wednesday afternoon.

The two incidents happened on April 16 around 6:30 p.m. in the area of the 3300 block of North 16th Street in the city's Tioga section.

Police say in the first incident, the group is seen pointing a gun at a young girl, who puts her hands up as if she were being robbed but then continues to walk away.

Minutes later, police say one of the boys is seen pulling the gun from his backpack, pointing it in the direction of a 27-year-old man, and then yelling, "Hey buddy." The man ran into a nearby home and called 911. Police say the boys ran away.
