Rally held for Ramarley Graham in the Bronx

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

A large crowd of supporters in the Bronx joined the parents of a slain teen to protest a judge's ruling Saturday.

Constance Malcolm and Francelot Graham whose son Ramarley was killed back in February, voiced their anger and want the officer brought to justice.

NYPD officer Richard Haste was accused of shooting Graham but earlier this week, the judge tossed out the indictment against him.

The judge ruled that prosecutors made errors when presenting the case to the grand jury.

Graham, 18, was shot and killed when police chased him during a drug sweep. He was carrying marijuana with him but he was unarmed when he was shot in the bathroom of his Bronx home.

Graham's parents spoke outside their home and want to know what elected officials are going to do about police brutality.

The case could be re-submitted for a new indictment but there's no announcement has been made on when that might happen.
