A 7-year-old boy has reported that he was sexually assaulted in a West Philadelphia school's bathroom by two other students, police said Monday.

This happened at the John Barry Elementary School at 59th and Race streets. The accused students are 8- and 9-years-old.

The Philadelphia Police Department's Special Victims Unit is interviewing all of the boys who were allegedly involved.

However, according to Pennsylvania state law, no one under age 10 can be arrested for sexual assault.
