Crash Dieting Dangers

Posted: Updated:

Former Miss Alabama Katherine Webb is making headlines -- for her diet!

She told People Magazine that she only eats a little over 1,100 calories per day.

Bread and sugar are completely cut out of her diet.

Registered dietician Courtney Schoepe speaks to "Good Day's" Mike and Sheinelle about extreme dieting, with summer upon us.
