Tour de Cure bike ride against Diabetes

Join Fox 2's Rich Luterman on Saturday, June 15, 2013, as he rides to Stop Diabetes and raise critical funds for diabetes research, education and advocacy in support of the American Diabetes Association.

Every 17 seconds someone is diagnosed with diabetes and thousands of people in Michigan are suffering from the disease. 

The American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure needs your help in getting closer to defeating diabetes. 

Bring your bikes and come ride to stop diabetes, starting at Brighton High School on Saturday, June 15, 2013.  Registration costs $25 per biker, but $35 on the day of the event.  Various routes and check-in times are listed:

10-Mile Route: Check in at 10:30 a.m.

25-Mile Route: Check in at 9:30 a.m.

62-Mile Route: Check in at 7:30 a.m.

100-Mile Route: Check in at 6:30 a.m.

Mountain Bikers: Check in at 9 a.m. You will ride to the start of the trailhead on a marked route. Parking will not be available at the trailhead.

The tour is a fun, non-competitive ride for all levels of experience! Tour de Cure will raise critical funds for diabetes research, education, and outreach to help people in our community.  Join FOX 2's Rich Luterman to take the ride of your life!
