Two alleged "beauty bandits" are caught on surveillance video in Philadelphia's Fairhill neighborhood.
Police say these men ripped off 20 thousand dollars worth of "Mary Kay" cosmetics from a parked car on the 2700 block of North Howard Street.
You can see the men appear to be loading the beauty products into a dark-colored Chrysler 300 before taking off.
Suspect one is described as a Black or Hispanic male with a thin build, bald head, and a Muslim style beard. He was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
