Investigators say 28-year-old Jorge DeLeon's silver Nissan Quest was hit head on by that suspected drunk driver.

DeLeon was driving North on Route 29 in Hamilton Township near Route 129 when he was hit by a Dodge Durango. The alleged drunk driver was driving on the wrong side of the road.

DeLeon died at the scene.

His 4-year-old daughter Jasmine was rushed to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where family tell us she's clinging to life.

Officials now say that Jasmine is brain-dead.

The 7-year-old survivor is a identified by family as Mario Luis DeLeon.

Through a translator, DeLeon's wife, Judy, says she's angry a drunk driver took away her husband.

"We just want justice for him," she said. "People need to stop drinking and driving because this can't keep happening to other people."

Friends gathered in Trenton this Father's Day to remember their friend, Jorge.
