LA's BEST Students Graduate with Disney's Monsters U

Posted: Updated:
Hollywood, CA -

Students from the after-school program L.A.'s BEST help marked "Summer Learning Day," with a field trip to see the premiere of the animated film "Monster's University" with Clippers player Chris Paul and his son.

Hundreds of low-income LA students who are succeeding spectacularly in school largely due to Los Angeles' award-winning summer learning program LA's BEST will mark National Summer Learning Day with an only-in-LA summer learning program field trip - to the opening day screening of Disney blockbuster "Monsters U".

LA's BEST often discuss the effect of "summer learning loss" on academic performance and the importance of high quality summer learning programs in keeping students' minds engaged during summer.

This event is part of a nationwide campaign, organized by the National Summer Learning Association, and California's statewide "Summer Matters" campaign to prevent "summer learning loss" by keeping students engaged in high quality summer learning programs.

It's no secret that Microsoft has struggled in the hardware department so I can't say whether the Surface Pro 3 will be the hero Microsoft needs but I can say it is the modern computing experience users deserve. I love it and think you should too! Read on to find out why.
