Los Angeles, CA -

(FOX 11 / CNS) A man was wounded today in a car-to-car shooting on the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway in South Los Angeles.

The shooting occurred about 12:30 p.m. between Manchester and Florence avenues, the Los Angeles Police Department reported. The condition of the wounded man, who is about 40 years old and was driving a white Pontiac Grand Am, was unclear.

The northbound 110 was closed shortly after the incident between Century Boulevard and Florence Avenue, as was the Florence Avenue off ramp from the northbound 110, to accommodate investigators. The freeway reopened just after 2pm.

Police were looking for an older model Nissan Sentra, possibly black, in connection with the attack. No description was available of the suspect or suspects.
