Rally Against The Voter Identification Law Set To Take Place Thursday

HARRISBURG, Pa. -

A hot issue during the most recent presidential election is heating up again in Pennsylvania.

The state's voter identification law is about to go on trial Monday.

Governor Tom Corbett signed the legislation in early 2012.

Several groups argued that it's meant to suppress the minority vote.

Just before the November election, a judge temporarily barred enforcement of the photo ID requirement.

The groups that fought the law the first time are gearing up to fight again.

Several organizations plan to rally in Harrisburg tomorrow against the legislation.
