An autopsy was done on Monday, but authorities in Canada say it
could take several days before the toxicology results are in.
The "Glee" star, 31, was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver Saturday.
Monteith was outspoken about his long battle with addiction.
Police say that there is no indication that the actor's
death was due to illicit drug use.
While he was best-known as playing "Finn" on "Glee," his
final film role was in a movie called "McCanick."
The film was shot in Philadelphia,
and he plays a violent drug addict.
His determination landed him the role, although the director
was initially reluctant to cast him.
