PHILADELPHIA -

The next time you're stuck in traffic, Ed Rendell wants you to write a letter to your congressman!

The former Pennsylvania governor is behind a new app that allows drivers to email their senator or representative about traffic problems.

It's called "I'm Stuck," and it works for airport delays, mass transit and everyday trouble spots.

Rendell says the app will encourage congress to get serious about fixing our roads.

"We've got to increase our public safety," Rendell said. "We've seen those horrible bridge collapses. We've got to eliminate waiting in traffic to improve our quality of life. And, almost best of all, investing in infrastructure repair creates hundreds of thousands of well-paying jobs in construction and manufacturing, jobs that can't be outsourced."

Of course, wait to use the app until you get home. It's not safe to text and drive.

    NICE EASTER WEEKEND

The first half of the holiday weekend has been great and Easter Sunday looks just as nice. Clouds thin out late tonight with temperatures falling back to the 40s.

Initially it'll be jacket weather early Sunday morning but plenty of sunshine will warm us into the 60s by afternoon.  High temperatures will be a few degrees cooler than Saturday.

It will be noticeably cooler and breezy at the shore with highs in the low 50s.  Quiet conditions continue into Monday.
