If it's built, it could be one of the most unique and most expensive homes ever in the valley.
The plans for a mansion in Paradise Valley have been revealed and this looks like something from the future or from a Batman movie.
The most expensive home sold in Arizona was $12.5 million back in 2000. So this home -- which would have a $30 million price tag, would blow that out of the water.
It's on a lot that's almost nine acres, but the real challenge has been designing a home that would fit on the property -- one of the prime pieces of real estate on Mummy Mountain with sweeping views of the valley in almost every direction.
But no one has ever built here because of the challenging rock formations. No one could envision a home on the lot and city code won't allow building on top of the ridge.
"I understand that this site has been here since the early 60s and nobody has figured out what to do with it yet," said architect Nick Tsontakis.
That's where Tsontakis comes into the picture. He says he's solved the terrain problem by designing this futuristic home that's actually built around the mountain ridge.
And this incredible home can be yours for a mere $30 million.
"After looking at the site, I was actually mesmerized and decided to take on the project," said Tsontakis.
The artist renderings of Tsontakis' design are so realistic, it looks like the home is already built.
From above, Tsontakis says it looks like a Manta ray -- even though that wasn't the original idea.
So what will $30 million get you?
How about 16,370 square feet -- with two wings that wrap around the mountain ridge and are connected with an exposed rock wall that doubles as an entertainment hall.
You'll also get an eight car garage, three elevators and patios with lighting built into the floor.
The home's exterior will have titanium plates and glass walls that retract opening up to infinity edge pools on both sides of the house.
