BERKLEY, Mich. (WJBK) -

Some Berkley residents woke up to low water pressure Monday as crews work to repair a broken water main.

Crews shut down 12 Mile Road just west of Woodward earlier today in order to repair the 4" broken pipe which burst around 1 a.m., officials said.

The break affected roughly 20 households.

Crews completed the water main repairs around 9:30 a.m., but officials say 12 Mile Road will remain closed until noon Tuesday in order for crews to finish road repairs.
