It might just be easier to say green light any and all notable Falcons. Matt Ryan might throw for a gazillion yards (okay maybe not) but he will come close to 400 and he'll reunite in the endzone with his two favorite wide receiver targets.
Steven Jackson will finally realize what life is like in a real offense, and even if he has a ¼ left in the tank, he'll produce more than Michael Turner did. I see around 120 combo yards and a score for Jackson in his Falcons debut.
Julio Jones is a monster and will torch the Aints defenders to the tune of 130 and a touchdown. Roddy White is questionable, but if he goes, he'll top 100 yards and a score as well. The ageless Tony Gonzalez is worth a look, but don't expect much over 50 yards.
Matt Bryant is also on the injury report with a back issue, but if he plays he's money and will net double digit points.
Stay way clear of the Falcons defense. This game is going to be a shootout.
New Orleans Offense:
Points, points and more points. Drew Brees gets his best friend Sean Payton back and it will be like old times. Look for Brees to throw for around 340-350 yards and pick up 3-4 touchdowns. Yawn…
It's too bad we couldn't combine Darren Sproles and Mark Ingram…we'd call him Darmark Ingroles. Sproles is going to do damage in the passing game and account for 60ish yards and a score. Ingram make the use of his 9 rushes for around 50 yards. Pierre Thomas will add around 40 yards leaving both on your bench.
In the passing game, start the regulars with confidence as Marques Colston and Jimmy Graham will both find the endzone. Colston should finish with around 80 yards and Graham will toy with 100.
I'd stay away from Garrett Hartley and the Saints defense.
