Eagles vs. Redskins preview

Posted: Updated:

Philadelphia Eagles @ Washington Redskins

Forecast: Partly Cloudy 71

Injury Report:

None

Philadelphia Eagles:

A new head coach has Michael Vick turning back the clock. The fast break offense will provide plenty of opportunity and points. Vick should finish near 250 yards passing and another 60-70 rushing. He should find a touchdown or two through the air and another on the ground.

LeSean McCoy is healthy and primed for a huge season. Look for 140 combo yards and a touchdown.

DeSean Jackson is a good star this week and should dance around 100 yards and a score, but I stay away from all other Eagles revivers.

Alex Henry and the DST are also non-starts this week if you have other options.

Washington Redskins:

Welcome back RGIII! The dark lord of fantasy football may have the reins on him for a little while which makes his fantasy value less, but Griffin is a weekly starter. He'll throw for a pair of touchdowns and near 300 yards through the air.

Alfred Morris is a great start as he will near 150 combo yards and score.

Pierre Garcon will have a monster day with 100+ yards receiving and at least one score.

You could start the Skins defense this week, but kicker Kal Forbath isn't there yet.
