Texans vs. Chargers preview

Posted: Updated:

Houston Texans @ San Diego Chargers

Forecast: Mostly Clear 67

Injury Report:

Houston Texans:

Arian Foster RB- Calf- Probable

Garrett Graham TE- Hip- Probable

DeAndre Hopkins WR- Concussion- Probable

San Diego Chargers:

Malcom Floyd WR- Knee- Probable

Eddie Royal WR- Chest- Probable

Houston Texans:

Matt Schaub will have a solid game, but won't put up huge numbers because this game is going to be in blow out mode. 275 yards and a couple of scores sounds right.

I have come to grips with the fact Arian Foster hates me. It's okay...really. For all those who said the wheels were falling off, I give you 160 combo yards and two touchdowns. Just what his owners are used to.

Andre Johnson is in for a monster game and will near 125 yards and will score. I like Owen Daniels for about 50 yards and a score as well.

Start Houston's defense and kicker Randy Bullock will score for you as well this week.

San Diego Chargers:

On the flip side of this record are the Chargers and while I try to avoid them like a trip to White Castle after a night out, if you don't have any other choice, here goes. Philip Rivers will struggle to find 230 yards and one touchdown.

Running back Ryan Mathews will have decent production with 120 combo yards if he doesn't shatter his clavicle driving to the stadium. Poor Danny Woodhead goes from the top offense in the NFL to the Chargers and our fantasy benches.

Malcom Floyd will pull in the touchdown in week one but only net 50ish yards.

If you are starting Nick Novak or the Chargers defense, you might seek medical help.
