Philadelphia Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 29-year-old man. The incident happened early Friday morning on the 2900 block of Bancroft Street.
Chief Inspector Scott Small said the man was shot in the back of the head, back, and chest while he was sitting in his vehicle. The passenger of that vehicle drove the victim to Temple Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 1:14 a.m.
Homicide Detectives are still investigating this shooting.
