A 12-year-old boy was allegedly raped Monday in West Philadelphia.
Police say the boy was attacked by a teenage boy around 8:30 a.m., on the 3900 block of Brown Street.
The young boy was taken to the hospital.
Police say the accused rapist was wearing a red shirt, and blue school uniform style pants.
The teenager is still on the loose.
