Last night, longtime manager Larry Thompson received the Lifetime Achievement Award. One of his best known clients was there to present it to him, Joan Rivers. Disney's series "Dog With A Blog" is about a Dog who can talk, lives with a Pasadena family, and writes a blog. Think Doogie Howser meets Bowser. At the end of every episode, Stan the dog treats his readers to life lessons about love, learning and overcoming obstacles. As it goes into its second season, it makes me thankful my dog doesn't have a blog. There wouldn't be any of these wholesome life lessons, just repeated pleas for help (for me.)
