Burning Oak Smokehouse cooks sweet jalapeno chicken sandwich

Burning Oak Smokehouse will host an event this weekend, the 'Big Buck Bash.' The event celebrates the opening weekend of bow season.

The event runs 6 p.m. - midnight Saturday, Oct. 5. For more information click here.

Backwoods Mustard "Sweet Jalapeno" Chicken Sandwich


Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
White Onions
Green Bell Peppers
jalapeno's
Backwoods Mustard - Sweet Jalapeno
Square Ciabatta Bun

Instructions:
1.    Preheat our grill to a medium heat around 375 - 450 degrees
2.    Cook the chicken on the grill for approx 3-4 minutes per side or until done
3.    Build the sandwiches first by spreading ½ tablespoon of Backwoods Mustard Company's "Sweet Jalapeno" mustard on both sides of the ciabetta bun
4.    Place a slice of green bell pepper on the bun followed by a chicken breast
5.    Finish by topping your sandwich with white onions and jalapenos to your liking.
