"There is a new culture at City Hall", that from Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti as he marks the first 100 days of his administration.
Garcetti saying it hasn't been harder than he had expected, but he was surprised by what he found within City Hall. An attitude the Mayor describes as a culture of, "management over leadership." An incentive, the mayor says, of keep your head down and just keep things going." Garcetti promising there will be changes at the top. There will be some Deparrtment heads that will go, says Garcetti.
There is a new website the Mayor is unveiling, "lamayor.org." It showcases the performances and the failures of every City Department. Mayor Garcetti saying the website is another way to keep everybody who works for the City, accountable to the people of the city.
