One man was killed in a mobile home fire early Saturday morning near McKellips Road and McClintock Drive. Neighbors say without the help of some good Samaritans, more homes and lives could have been lost. A home in the Pueblo Sereno mobile home park caught fire around 1 a.m.He says he only woke up because he heard voices outside.A neighbor tells FOX 10 that four men, who were just passing by, stopped to No one was sure if anyone was in the mobile home. The four men couldn't get inside, but they called the fire department and alerted neighbors. Investigators say the fire was contained to the living room, where a 57-year-old homeowner was later found. They were unable to save him. The man who died was known in the community, although people knew little about him. Fire investigators say they see nothing suspicious about the fire, but friends of the man say he's a known smoker and wonder if he fell asleep with a cigarette in his hand. The cause of the fire hasn't been determined.
