NEW YORK (AP) - Authorities say a big balloon will be visible over Lower Manhattan starting this week.
The tethered balloon will be launched over 80 South St. to take photos for a building survey.
It will be flown at an altitude of about 950 feet. It's about the size of a weather balloon.
The activities will take place during daylight hours until Dec. 1.
