Chandler men create Arizona-themed clothing line

CHANDLER, Ariz. -

If you have Arizona pride, this is for you.

A clothing line called State Forty Eight is creating comfy tees and cozy hoodies that are all about AZ.

"There's really not a lot that you can't love about Arizona," said Nicholas Polando, co- founder of State Forty Eight.

Arizonans have so much to take pride in, from the sunshine to the sports teams.

That's why many of us would like the world to know where we're from, just like the founder of State Forty Eight.

"We needed a way to represent Arizona and clothing was a good way to do that," said Polando.

Polando, his brother Stephen and their friend Mike Spangenberg grew up in Chandler and that's where they make their clothing.

"You wanna keep your community--invest your money back into your community, the people who are helping you," said Polando.

The founders are all huge sports fans so they like to make their shirts with the same color scheme as the sports teams.

They use colors like purple and orange for the Suns and maroon and gold for ASU

They're also going to make T-shirts for specific players and they're starting Arizona Cardinal Patrick Peterson.

"Patrick Peterson was someone good to start with because he's such a good football player. They put him in offense and defense," said Polando.

From tanks tops and V-necks to hoodies and hats, State Forty Eight has a style for everyone in the valley of the sun, and it all costs under $30.
