Week 10 Injury Roundup

Posted: Updated:

Quarterbacks took a beating in week 10 that will have lingering ramifications moving forward.

Jay Cutler sprained his ankle and in addition to his groin injury won't play in week 11. Josh McCown takes the reins once again for the Bears who have a favorable schedule the rest of the way.

Jake Locker's season came to a screeching halt after he exited the game against Jacksonville. A Lisfranc injury confirmed Tuesday ends his year.

Peyton Manning took a couple of shots to his ankle, stayed in the game but had an MRI that revealed no real damage. Manning will play against the Chiefs and will be effective as long as he is upright.

Terrelle Pryor has a sprained MCL and his status for week 11 is in the air. He was not explosive in the running game (which is his strength). The Raiders are evaluating and owners should look for other options.

Seneca Wallace started the game 5-for-5, then suffered a groin injury forcing him out of the game against Philadelphia. He has since been placed on IR and replaced by Scott Tolzien.

Vernon Davis left the 49ers game against the Panthers with a concussion.

Tony Gonzalez has an injured toe on his left foot.

Steve Johnson has a groin injury and is unsure on his week 11 status.

Michael Floyd exited with a shoulder sprain but is said to be fine for week 11.
