Bankruptcy judge delays decision to allocate street lighting funds

Many expected Judge Rhodes to approve or deny a $200 million dollar deal on Wednesday pertaining to the overhaul of the street lighting in Detroit, but instead he chose to delay the decision.  As Fox 2's Charlie Langton explains, the judge became aware that the same lawfirm has been representing both the city and the public lighting authority during the negotiations.

Judge Rhodes has said he will announce his ruling Tuesday, December 3 on if he has approved Detroit's bankruptcy or not.
